Spotted long lost Vino last night while heading home from our Wednesday ride.He was in his 4 wheeled chariot.This is the second time I have spotted him.We need to send out a special invitation to bring him back to the group.

The Wednesday ride started with 7 riders.  Mike K., David C., David D., Chris H., Matt, new guy Dan and myself.  Very nice 20 mph pace to start; then increased as the ride continued to Lucama.  Blalock road was feisty as usual with several attacks.  More attacks on the Airport Road home stretch and up several overpasses.  I bypassed the Y recovery drink and headed home for a real one.  A tad over 30 miles traveled, not sure of the average but was well over 20.
