I would have to say we used them well but also fought through the cross winds 
and head winds well.It did die down on the way in.

With winds coming from the ESE, we decided to head towards Town Creek and 
Bridgersville.  Jim, David C., Chris H., Mike K., the other bearded guy, Matt 
and I struck out for Town Creek.  We got there so quick that most riders wanted 
more so we continued on for Temperance Hall and then Pinetops.  Jim being short 
on time bypassed the ride extension.  The ride was very festive but the group 
stayed together the entire ride.  Back at the "Y" 40 miles later, Mike had our 
average at 21.3.  Now for that second recovery drink!
