I have been searching around some for bikes put wanted to ask the COW experts for advice. She is very athletic, but never been on a road bike. I think she would like to stay in the $1200 or below price. She will probably need a 54. She has looked at Don's but I wanted to see if you all have seen any out there lately for a good deal? My entry level schwinn was only $800 and I got over 5,000 miles on it before having to do any work to the drivetrain. What is the lowest component setup you would recommend for her to start with?
