Joshua Sent: Friday, February 26, 2010 9:32 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [COWs] Yearly Rides Ok, I know I'm sending out a lot of questions these days, but I've gotten over the "oh it feels to cool to ride sixty miles" phase. So, I need to set some goals for the year, or I'll get bored. Where do I go to find about NC rides and races. I think that my primary goal for the year is to build a solid endurance base, which should probably take the whole year. So, I guess I want to find some long rides to work towards. Kim, way to lay the smack down on those cyclist haters!! Peace, Goose Rev. Joshua M.K. Goocey Senior Minister First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) 207 Tarboro St. N.
