Steve S, David W and Lanterne Rouge rolled out of OSB a tad bit after 6:00 to properly christen the day with a bicycle ride. We did the Tour de Elm City. 58/Nash to Pridgen, London Church to Carter Road/Stage Coach (no dog today) to Elm City Road/Parker St, Main Street, Lake Wilson and back in on Nash St. I was having cycling computer problems this morning but if I recall correctly Steve reported that we did about 20 miles at a 19.5 avg pace. Steve showed some July/Tour de France form by taking the polka dot jersey up Lake Wilson and then grabbing Green on Nash Street as well. David W put in some strong pulls (only been riding a couple of weeks, oh my). Ole LR finished smiling....on new wheels.
