Glad all is well! Really wish I could join in these rides, envious beyond belief. Now worried I would not be able to hang looking at the pace.

Fearing girl, talk would interfere with pace, set out from Texaco at 19/20, seemed to work as all was quiet on the western front. LW experienced Stoney Hill Ch Rd pulling into a 7 mph head wind, which would become our friend later. On Pace Rd, LW clipped my rear wheel, swerved right into the ditch, perfect lay out dive from the bike, followed by a shoulder roll in the field and stuck the landing for a 9.5 from the judges. LW not hurt, left shifter knocked out of line but still worked, bounced back and did a typical LW pull on Bloomery Rd. Old Smithfield smooth road, tailwind 23/24 pace. Not to be out done Kim pulls all of Packhouse at 22. Ended up with 25 miles at 19 mph. Miss a ph call from LW, call back, her keys came out in the ditch dive, luckily she found them. I think I will take girl talk and a safe ride over today's excitement any day. Jim -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CyclistsOfWilson-COWs" group.
