Sorry I missed the ride! Came to the beach so I could get up early and run my longest training run -- 21 miles. Ran from the Atlantis Lodge in Pine Knoll Shores to Emerald Isle and back. Beautiful weather for running!! Cloudy, breezy and cool :)

Monday is Columbus Day, yep you guessed it, Banks are closed. I am riding, no plans for a Hammer/Nascar Fest. Pace, Route and Distance all negotiable. Post if you're interested.
