Can't ride tonight. May try to on Thursday. The bike is now at Don's to get the front brakes tuned. Should get it back later today or tomorrow he says.
Ran 5.8 miles yesterday down Packhouse to Bloomery and back. I must say that it's nicer on a bike. Had an 11:21 pace on average. Looking forward to cross-training. Going to the gym at Noon. Got to drop some winter weight in the coming months and also get my cycling legs back which shouldn't take me long factoring all the running I have done. Y'all have fun!!!
