James, Jonathan, Jeff (LR) & I cruise from Cloverdale early am. We decide on a Middlesex/Bailey route today. Cruised out Packhoue on ultra smooth pavement with an extra 2 feet of shoulder space. Paint stripe is too close to the shoulder for a bike lane leaving town but very nice nun the less. I'm excited getting out of the house from being sick for two days. The triple "J" team cruise into Middlesex with ease as I realize that I should have waited another day before getting back on the bike. Coffee/biscuit stop a few miles later in Bailey. Then Old Smithfield to Horne's Church where we see CoW's zoom by ahead of us. Jeff and Jonathan miss the turn on to Bloomery. Turn around, re-catch James and I, then continue the chase down the other group. The catch by Jeff (LR) may be SUSPECT!?!? I wanna know what he put in his coffee. About 42 miles for me and a very sane 17 mph average. Another beautiful day on the playground.
