Steve, Bob L and I set out from DD for the Lucama route, meet up with Prafka at Texaco. This was a weekend for firsts, climb Connor and Prafka riding. Wind supposed to be from the S/SE but did not prove to be a problem all day. Strong pulls by everyone, Prafka has been doing some secret training as he pulled for several miles each pull and maintained pace. Most must have doing mother's day things and that is as it should be, once you no longer have a mother the day takes on a whole new meaning. 32 miles , 19 mph pace, easy small ring ride.
