Running, biking shape is not the same as mountain hiking, add altitude and thin air and you have a whole new dynamic. Rode single speed to ease back into the bike, did Pearson's peak route, felt really good, dropped the hammer at w horne's and nash, 20+ to airport and 22/24 to DD, never did breathe hard.
