Regretfully, I am out. That puts me a week off the bike yet again; however I have logged 11-miles running so far (still on an achy knee)! Busy weekend ahead and I have a 12-mile training run to get in and would have done it Sunday. Have to do it tomorrow due to lunch & dinner plans with family on Sunday. Everyone riding---pedal some for me! Wish you all clear blue skies, smooth asphalt, safe and fun rides. Prayers for James!
