Thanks Yaakov, I finally found some time today to look again for libjack. I added your new sourceware.org repository but cygwin's setup.exe tells me that libjack and libsndfile aren't yet available. Unfortunately I don't have subversion installed (at least, not under Windows) so my choice is either to install subversion or wait until libjack and libsndfile make it to the repository. I guess the advantage of waiting is that I won't need to sort out dependencies by trial & error. But how long do you estimate before the packages get added? I'd prefer to wait if it's not going to be too long.
Also (off-topic) does anyone know if libpangocairo is available for loading via cygwin's setup? I seem to have pango and cairo - but no pangocairo. Thanks.
