A secondary program LavasoftTcpService64 is still installed and I can't get rid of it. I am going to reinstall "Lavasoft Web Companion" and try again to uninstall the two pieces. If that doesn't work I will have to reformat the disk and reinstall the OS which will have to be done over the weekend. John T.
