Official name changes from ftp.acc.umu.se to mirror.accum.se. The old
host name will continue to work for quite some time (years), but new

Hmm. Looking at https://cygwin.com/mirrors.html it seems that our old host
name ftp.acc.umu.se is still listed?
Yeah, unfortunately we currently don't have a good mechanism to migrate any
existing Cygwin installations which are configured with the old URL.
OK.
Once that's been sorted out (or if it stops working first), I'll remove the
old URL.
I'd recommend removing the old host name from the mirror list, so new
installs doesn't pick it up. That's what's been done for other
projects.
