One minor thing I notice: It seems like libboost-devel should obsolete
libboost_python3-devel, since it now contains those (now
python-versioned) import libraries?
CYGWIN CHANGES
Shared libs are not more versioned, as this seems the standard upstream.
I hope and pray this means the ABI is stable!
