probably yes.
Need to look on it.
CYGWIN CHANGES
Shared libs are not more versioned, as this seems the standard upstream.
I hope and pray this means the ABI is stable!
Major reason to make a test before a Release.
For what I saw also Fedora is not using a Versioned release that is not
enabled by default upstream.
Not sure why Yaakov versioned Boost or if it was the default in the past.
