RE: Reason for cygwin GCC 2.97 non-bootstrap found

As an aside, and to confirm that the problem is due to m(un)mapping multiple
pages, I bootstrapped recent cvs by changing the definition of 
GGC_QUIRE_SIZE from 16 to 1 in ggc-page.c.
