Hi there All!
I want to set up input and output locale to russian KOI8-R.
Exports 'LANG=ru_RU.KOI8-R' and 'CHARSET=KOI8-R' doesn't works. How
can I do it ? I need it for reading news-letters with SLRN via INN
based on freebsd. INN know only KOI8 charset. :-(
