Sorry, I forgot to say what system I use.
iggy~$ uname -a
CYGWIN_NT-5.0 IGGY 1.3.3(0.46/3/2) 2001-09-12 23:54 i686 unknown
And I use cmd & bash consoles with Lucida Console font. I want to get
full koi8 support in my news and mail programs. Is it possible ?
