no,
you don't get it..
a changing list name won't protect from mailinglist<->mailinglist
subscription attacks, nor from people using cypherpunks as a dump place
for receiving passwords from webpages.
of course, after one week the mails would go to nirvana.. but that's one
week of junk.. and the next week it all starts again.
filtering by subject would solve all problems but direct mailbombing.

you really think spammers will adapt to that, just because of a single
list of (more or less) technically skilled users? get real..
the question is: do we want/need any kind of filtering, and who has
to decide? not me..
