one of the strategies today was something partly learned internally
and partly online in the reddit DID community
behaviors and choices weren't quite working for karl and instead
pursued reducing suffering :) this helped work with parts wanting
lunch and a painful feeling in my chest that i thought was heartburn
from making digestive acid without food to digest maybe
so i remembered how confusion worsens a lot when you are too confused
to tell you are suffering :)
and i got shades so bright lights wouldn't hurt my eyes
and i got food
and i lubricated my eye which makes trigeminal pain if i don't

also this morning i took 4 baby aspirin 81s ! not sure how much that
is, i just tried to do more than 1
