forgot how confused we are, re mistake not held important.

there's suffering. i want to eat more food, is comforting, not meaning
necessarily now, but how eat food more readily in general?
what if we ate food for a calming exercise? :) like 5-senses grounding.
for writing, the problem is how hard and tense the exercise could be.
food certainly validated.
how about we took in smaller steps? like let's just reward the
choice to. we could look for a grounding thing on youtube maybe.
and pick up a trauma book (but not open). we could even keep doing
small things like this as we ate the food.

some are proposing a trauma-coping-symbol _before_ we get up
then food first, after, to reward getting up. like debt and
lending. has logic :)
we can understand it some.
it's hard for karl because he needs to get up so frequently that it's difficult
to hold that we can do it without a lot of support. [without demanding do it
more]
but we actually are logic groups, and we really are holding the logic to make
it doable
we are just gonna get up guys. let's take laptop to car and can type more
if wanted in car.
and people relying on an unconfirmed logic can hold that it hasn't been
confirmed, we haven't confirmed any promises, we're just moving.

boss and karl want to sneak more food / grounding symbols than the
other. in the space of forgetting things after we move.
