Certainly organizing it where someone is local simplifies the
logistics, thanks for volunteering.

Most certainly true for an EU citizen such as yourself, and several
other countries. My last trip through German customs
was...bearable--I'd be more than willing to do it again to maximize
participation, and Munich looks like a nice place. The other question
is one of expense--how many people would we have to ship that
direction vs. this.
