He was born May 10th, 1867, in Sulca, ROMANIA. Sigmund was married to Bertha Abrams (Greenberg). She was born in Bucharest on September 15th, 1880. I have contacted the Romanian National Archives, local municipal agencies in Sulca and searched through all Ancestry archives but thus far cannot locate any birth records in Romania. I have a ton of U.S. government documentation for GREENBERG showing his birth in Sulca, Romania. I would be incredibly grateful if anyone can help me locate his birth records.
