I hate doing my own publicity, but I see every day with the posts that are written on the Cz-list, that it is really a pity that my work, Le Crépuscule des Lieux, Paris, Stock, published in 2003, in French, has never been translated (at the except for a partial translation into Ukrainian) and especially in English, and therefore is not really known . The book, which describes the entire history of the Jews of Czernowitz from the origins to the 20th century, based on both oral and written records, is an abridged version of my 2001 PhD (which numbered over 1000 pages, and I see that he often answers the questions that are asked on the Cz-list. If anyone has any idea for an editor to take charge of the translation, your help would be welcome. Florence Heymann
