Hi Bruce, there are several types of records, which are listed as a result of Emily's search. Some of them are indeed original census records, but only for a small portion of the city covering several streets. It is possible that others were digitized as well, but were not tagged as "census records" and did not show in this search. In addition, there are two other interesting and potentially useful sources. First, is the list of payments for water arranged in the alphabetical order of addresses for the entire city in1914. So, it is very easy to find who lived at a particular location in 1914 (if their house/apartment was connected to the municipal waterworks). Also there are two lists of all city residents eligible for draft born in 1894 and 1895 (the lists compiled in 1914 and 1915), i.e., all the males born in these two years except those with medical or other exemptions.
