Actually, I believe I misspelled Chernivtsi anyway! But thank you for the correct usage (Czernowitz) because I have always thought it was just a variant. Like my grandfather’s postcards from 1916, a lot of family correspondence wrote Czernowitz using a CH instead of CZ, henceforth my oft confusion.
