Yes, 1034 was the outcome of a discussion in which i tried to explain that the only difference between a form and a dialog should be modality. The point wasn't the way HTML forms work. The point was that the only difference between a form and a dialog should be modality. If i recall correctly, this isn't easily possible to implement for wxWidgets. Thre are too many differences between forms and dialogs. It's up to you to search for the relevant posts.
