I have a confidence level in it now that I just didn't have before around a year ago. This is based mostly on my experience developing my commercial software around Dabo. Up until about a year ago (less, actually) it seemed like every release of my software had new errors due to some change or another in Dabo. These were either new bugs that were introduced with new features or enhancements in Dabo, or behavior that had been fixed and my code was relying on the original (bad) behavior. To some extent this will probably always be the case. Right now, for instance, I'm noticing different behavior in drop down lists - something is reverting the Value back to the first item in the Choices instead of the value already gotten from the bizobj upon update(). But the number and severity of the behavior changes has stabilized. Frankly, I'm surprised at your reaction. All I was trying to do is signal that I'd embrace a 1.0 finally, because I realize that you've wanted this for years and unless I said something you'd never know I'd changed my view. And then you go and jump all over me about it. ;) Paul _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/dabo-dev Searchable Archives: http://leafe.com/archives/search/dabo-dev This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/[email protected]
