I've had the same problem as Kevin with the CD for some time now. This also cropped up maybe six months ago but was fixed for a time by an update, then several months ago it broke again. I inquired about the error a few weeks ago and as I recall the advice was to install SVN (which I would like to avoid). Not sure why the web updates haven't fixed it.
