Interesting... that did it in Mac OS X, at least. I'll check on the one I'm working on in Win Vista later. Last night I tried renaming the hours.cnxml file and creating a new one to connect to the dabodev.com mysql server instead of the local sqlite file, and got the same results as before. For some reason the 'Billed?' checkbox isn't showing checked, though. I'll have to look at that some more.
