This doesn't work:

C:\gitclients\perl\t>..\perl .\harness -v
..\ext\DynaLoader\t\DynaLoader.t

but this does:

C:\gitclients\perl\t>..\perl .\harness -v
C:\gitclients\perl\ext\DynaLoader\t\DynaLoader.t
