Oh man.

I _really_ was hoping you wouldnt say this. :-(

I was offline for a few days there and got frustrated with trying to get
smoke testing to work properly under VDS/nmake. By the time I was done I
had put a lot more work into it than I meant to.

Please please please accept my apologies for this. I certainly had no
intention of stealing Smoke from you.

In fact im ready to bin what I have and shut up if it means bad feelings.
Seriously. Im _not_ that kind of person.

Also, I do _not_ have access to Borland compilers. Nor do I have access
(currently anyway) nor the experience (for the forseeable future) to build
under *nix/cygwin. (obviously i have access to the later, but no
experience).

Im perfectly happy to roll up everything I have, clean out all of my
debug/dev code and hand the lot over to you. Id also be perfectly happy to
work under your direction with regards to this.

Really, please reconsider your offer.

Perhaps we should converse offlist and figure out what you have already
done, what i have already done and merge them together. Then we can figure
out whats left and finish it without duplication of effort.

Im positive that there are things that are on your TODO list that arent on
mine, and vice versa.

With a considerable amount of chagrin,
yves
