Hej alle, Det er nu muligt for alle TDF-medlemmer at få adgang til en demonstration af LibreOffice online. Det er samme login som til Wiki'en.
Ganske sjovt at prøve. /Leif ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Italo Vignoli <it...@documentfoundation.org> Date: 2018-04-17 13:17 GMT+02:00 Subject: [tdf-members] LibreOffice Online for TDF Members To: Tdf Members <tdf-memb...@lists.documentfoundation.org> == Postings on this list are considered private communication among TDF members. Please do *not* share outside this circle! == The Document Foundation is happy to announce the availability of a LibreOffice online instance for its members. TDF members who create an account in the foundation's single sign-on (LDAP) system can now access a LibreOffice Online test instance integrated with Nextcloud at the following address: https://nextcloud.documentfoundation.org LibreOffice Online features can be accessed once inside NextCloud. To open an existing file, click on the file name to open it. To create a new file, click on the + (plus) sign to open the drop-down menu with a list of the available operations, choose the type of document you want to create from the drop-down menu, enter the desired file name (the system adds the proper file extension), and press Enter on the keyboard to open the new document. TDF Members can use this TDF instance of LibreOffice Online to get familiar with product features and to test collaborative editing, working together with other members of the foundation. The provided LibreOffice Online instance is for demonstrational purposes only. While we encourage members to use it for their work on project related activities, and to show LOOL features to people who are not aware of this new productivity opportunity, we strongly advise to not use it for private, business or confidential documents, as TDF does not provide any guarantees whatsoever. To get the account in the foundation's LDAP system, TDF Members have to visit the following URL: https://user.documentfoundation.org/create, where they have to register the email address they gave to the Membership Committee (either as primary or secondary address). Email addresses can be changed at https://user.documentfoundation.org/login. TDF Members won’t be given automatic access to LDAP, though. Their requests will be monitored, and they will be manually added to the relevant group within a couple of days. In the near future, our single sign-on instance will also be mandatory for further services, like wiki, Redmine, BugZilla and others, where it is already available as an additional login mechanism. This announcement is not intended as a replacement of previously announced LibreOffice Online demos, which continue to be maintained and updated, and are still available to all TDF members. -- Italo Vignoli - Marketing & PR email italo.vign...@documentfoundation.org mobile/signal +39.348.5653829 - skype italovignoli hangout/jabber italo.vign...@gmail.com The Document Foundation, Kurfürstendamm 188, 10707 Berlin, DE Gemeinnützige rechtsfähige Stiftung des bürgerlichen Rechts Legal details: http://www.documentfoundation.org/imprint GPG Key ID - 0xAAB8D5C0 DB75 1534 3FD0 EA5F 56B5 FDA6 DE82 934C AAB8 D5C0 -- Send en e-mail til dansk+unsubscr...@da.libreoffice.org for instruktioner om hvordan du ophæver dit abonnement Problemer? https://da.libreoffice.org/kontakt-os/postlister/ Posting guidelines + more: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Netiquette Listens arkiv er tilgængelig på https://listarchives.libreoffice.org/da/dansk/ Alle beskeder du sender til listen bliver publiseret her og kan ikke efterfølgende slettes
