Primarily push and pull.  Unfortunately we have to keep a few large
binaries in the repository.  When we change the binaries, it takes 1-2
minutes to push/pull.  A full get can take 10 minutes.  Hence the
suggestion for fountain codes; we could speed up patch prorogation by
pulling and pushing in parallel.

Glad to here Cygwin is still on the road map.  We're doing our best to
migrate to Linux, but it will take another year before the migration
is complete.
