Au contraire! I'd like to see the release *not* impeding normal development if
at all possible. After all, darcs aspires to be *the* tool for this kind of
job. So we should exercise it.

Well, of course recording a patch that touches half zillion lines just to
change whitespace would be somewhat unkind. But under "normal" patch acceptance
rules, I don't expect major trouble cropping up.
