Ok, anyway it just occured to me that i can just fetch all patches at
once, then use apply --skip-conflicts. So, please reject. I've also
started a project of a darcslib-program to manage local dpatch files,
which i can use to make up for that functionnality. More on that when I
get to 0.0

Yes, good question. If ever we get multi-head repos, we certainly want
apply/send -o to become a way to switch between a head and a local .dpatch.
