I do not remember the exact figures, but max delta E was almost always significantly larger than 2. For comparison one can apply the darktable style and the G'MIC film emulation filter to a JPEG file and compare the results. I did so for just a few styles. In a direct comparison one can easily see small differences. Nevertheless the darktable styles capture the general color tone of the G'MIC film emulation filters quite well.
