I think there are 4 samples needed: * compressed 14bit * uncompressed 14bit * compressed 12bit (high FPS shooting?) * uncompressed 12bit As usual, the all the samples need to have the same content, and the scene and the camera should be as static as possible. > Is that the correct process given I can't submit the samples myself as yet? As long as the samples are uploaded by the person who owns the samples, and not reuploaded e.g. from some review site, i don't see the problem. > Thanks for your help! > > Bob > in Reno, NV Roman. > --- > > > > > > On Tue, Dec 5, 2017 at 11:55 PM, Roman Lebedev <lebedev...@gmail.com> wrote: >> >> On Wed, Dec 6, 2017 at 2:10 AM, Bob Tregilus <v2g...@gmail.com> wrote: >> > Hi - >> Hi. >> >> > Love Darktable--thanks for a great product! >> > >> > As you are likely aware, Sony is now shipping the third version of the >> > popular a7r series (the a7r III). >> > >> > Since it has been some time since a new version of Darktable has been >> > released, I assume a new version maybe approaching the beta stage? >> >> > I've been working fanatically, to come up with a way to get Sony a7rIII >> > RAW >> > samples submitted to raw.pixls.us, so support will be included in any >> > new >> > release of Darktable that may be in the pipeline. >> It does not work like that.
