Hi - I've been muddling around attempting to create a noise profile for the new Sony ILCE-7RM3.
Sadly, I'm just a user and I'm still trying to figure out how to add "raw linear.dtstyle" to DT so I can apply the style to the ISO image set I created. Additionally, since the ILCE-7RM3 is not yet supported in DT--but will be in version 2.4.0 thanks to Adam and Roman (fix #11848)--I'm guessing I need to convert the camera RAW to DNG files using the recently updated Adobe DNG converter. The problem there is I was upgrading the hard drive in my laptop with Windows 7 and the system restore plus an ISO image backup are both failing to install correctly (apparently, something to do with MS licensing issues and Win 7 thinking I'm installing it on a different computer). Anyway, just in case one of you wonderful developers has nothing to do in the coming days (***laugh***), and you have the time to generate the noise profile, I went ahead and uploaded my ISO image set from the Sony ILCE-7RM3 to my Dropbox at: https://www.dropbox.com/s/wz6ixpfvkupnrfc/Public.tar.gz The tarball contains one image from each ISO setting, plus three images from ISO 100. In the meantime, I'll keep trying to figure out how to do the noise profile myself. It's just going to take some time. I'm really slow at this stuff if the instructions aren't ultra basic how-to-boil-water cookbook style. Thanks--again--so much--for such an awesome program!
