more precisely, add

assert(iop version = last version lr knows about)

somewhere in DT init for all iop used by lightroom

this way whenever a dev changes a iop version, DT will immediately
assert, and (hopefully) the code won't be commited before the lr
module has been updated accordingly it's simpler and more reliable
than basing yourself on update_paramter...

but it forces all devs to know about LR when updating parameters which
I am not sure is a good idea...
