Hi Ammon, cool thanks! Proof reading the manual chapter by chapter is good and gives me the needed time to fix the sources.
Concerning annotations: to my knowledge evince is the only software under Linux suited for that. Works kind of. Last time I tried there was frequently the problem that it would not accept my keyboard input. But that might have been solved in between.
