This is going to very very hard, because each manfacturer and family
of camera has a different way of indicating the focus.

* fuji uses the pixel that was focused on: 
Focus Pixel    : 1028 306

* canon uses the focus array, which one were in focus: 

AF Points In Focus              : 21,24,25,39
AF Points Selected              : 0,1,2,3,15,18,19,20,21,22,24,25,37,38,39
