Hi Jim,

How did you install GIMP.  I was still running 2.9.x and I thought it might
be a 2.10 issue, so I iinstalled 2.10.  The path to my executable is
C:\Program Files\GIMP 2\bin\gimp-2.10.exe.  I tested it and it worked
again.

I notice that the path to your executable is different than mine.  How did
you install GIMP?  Did you use the flatpack?
