The darktable image is darker. Perceived sharpness also depends on contrast. RawTherapee can apply a bunch of tricks (capture sharpening, dual demosaicing) that darktable cannot do (dual demosaicing is on the master branch, though). I see some CA in the darktable JPG that I don't see on the one from RT, and the applied lens correction isn't the same, either. Noise levels and sharpening are also different.
