It would be nice if the auto-applied settings were visually different
in the history list, e.g. using cursive font. I can add a feature
request in the tracker.

I have two: denoising (non-local means) for ISO 200+ for a specific
camera and AMaZE demosaicing for all images. I tried with denoising: I
went to saved presets, opened it, bumped the lowest ISO setting and
clicked OK. Then I repeated this going back with lowest ISO. No change
for any applicable photo. I can apply it manually for a photo using
the presets button and the settings seem within range but that's it.
Anything more I should try?
