Start with default config (remove .config/darktable
and .cache/darktable), import one of your RAWs, export it. If it's
still black rectangle - upload RAW file somewhere and create a bug
report here:
http://darktable.org/redmine/projects/darktable/issues/new

P.S.
Also try disabling opencl in preferences.
