Nope there is no adjustment brush, but there are masks available in some
modules. It's not as fast (read: terribly slow) in the sense that you have
to activate each module and then draw masks for each module (and maybe use
multiple instances), but you can achieve similar effects. The masks also
don't have the edge detect feature from Lightroom.
