So it should not be used as a singular adjustment but applied to a
selected set or group and should only be presented when such exists?  Not
presented or available in a singular mode.  Or when set and more than one
image is being exported, affects that group of images being exported?

Seems if deflicker was set in an image's xmp, one would/could unknowingly
apply deflicker when exporting a group of images that had been previously
processed, ie: a "re"-export...

I would think this option would be part of the export module rather than
the exposure module ???
